Caddle recently surveyed our users on the hot topic of Ad Blocking and Ad Skipping, and found that 45% use or have used Ad Blocking, while 63% actually stated a dislike for ads on the Internet. Not a dislike for all ads, but specifically online ads.
Why are online ads so infuriating to consumers?
We recently surveyed 2,000 Caddle users on how often they shop for clothes, and found that Caddle users like to keep it fresh.
Some 51% of users shop for clothing at least monthly, while 97% shop at least a few times a year. A whopping 71% have also purchased clothing online in the past.
Wow. Caddle loves Yogurt. Keep an eye out for a cash back yogurt offer coming up in July.
The results of our Yogurt survey revealed that 85% of Caddle users eat yogurt weekly, while only 5% eat it rarely or never.
9 our of 10 Caddle users also purchase two or more different brands of yogurt in any given year.
In a recent Caddle survey 66% of Canadians said they do not wear sunscreen when it is cloudy. According to the Skin Cancer Foundation (SCF) Up to 80% of the sun's UV rays can pass through clouds.
Don't forget to apply sunscreen 15 to 30 minutes before spending extended periods of time outside this summer, even when it's cloudy.
Users are what gives Caddle it's unique standing in the marketplace. Our Caddle community has been so supportive of our platform, and we wanted to show our appreciation by sharing the results of the Canada Day survey where there were some very close votes; particularly among the millennial's where only 4% separated Ryan Reynolds and Justin Trudeau.
Caddle’s Canada Day Survey infographic shows most Caddle users rank the Prime Minister as their number one favourite Canadian celebrity. The graph also shows we are expecting to spend more money on groceries than travel this July 1 and that family time is most important this summer.
We made it. Caddle is among the fifteen companies that have been selected as finalists for the 2016 LiON’S LAIR competition. LiON’S LAIR offers entrepreneurs the chance to pitch their idea to a panel of industry judges—the “Lions”—and solicit over $100,000 in cash and in-kind resources.
